The page of the Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau was used this morning to publish a post claiming that a building under construction in Shenzhen was a Haisha building. The reporter learned from the Shenzhen Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau that afternoon that the bureau had reported the case to the police at noon.
A few days ago, CCTV exposed the news of the use of sea sand in some construction projects in Shenzhen, which caused heated discussions and concerns among all walks of life and citizens about the quality of construction. The Shenzhen Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau also held a special press conference on the day to announce the relevant situation. On the morning of the same day, a page using the Shenzhen Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau began to spread online. The screenshot of the page shows that after investigation by our bureau, it was found that the concrete test results of a residential building under construction in Shenzhen contained sea sand content. The following developers were ordered to suspend construction of their properties pending further processing. The screenshot lists the real estate names in Longhua District, Baoan District, and Longgang District.
After learning of the news, the Shenzhen Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau publicly refuted the rumors. Relevant people from the bureau stated that the post was someone pretending to be the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and using it to spread false information on the website of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau. It also announced the "Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau's Statement on the Investigation Results of Haisha Building Rumors Online" on the bureau's official Weibo.
The statement said that on the morning of March, someone pretended to be the Shenzhen Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and used the website page to create false document screenshots. "Shenzhen Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau's Investigation Results of Recent Haisha Buildings" stated that there was a concrete test for a residence under construction. The result is rich in sea sand content and spread on the net. The Shenzhen Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau hereby solemnly declares that this document is purely false information. Relevant companies and the vast number of netizens should not believe the rumors and avoid being deceived. The Shenzhen Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has reported the case to the public security department to investigate the slanderers.
