1 , Base leveling:
Level the interior wall with cement mortar or make keel leveling (light steel keel or wooden keel). After leveling, lay the above wood board or cement board to complete the base layer.
2. Cement board construction:
Use a tungsten steel saw blade to cut the board into the required size, and the cuts must not have burrs. (If there are burrs, you can use an angle grinder to lightly grind the burrs into bevels.)
Apply glue (Dingba Building Structural Adhesive) on the back of the cement board. The process is as follows:

B Apply glue in the horizontal and vertical directions within the rubber ring at regular intervals (it is required that the base layer and the glued surface of the cement board are free of dust).
3. Fully paste the cement board on the base board (Meiyan cement board and wood wool cement board can be reinforced with stainless steel gun nails 3). There can be 3 seams between the boards or close stitching. After laying, fill the seams with silicone or leave seams. (Before the glue dries, the cement board should be fixed with screws or small wooden blocks at the remaining seams to prevent the board from falling off or shifting)

Apply our company's surface protective agent product all over, or use floor wax (water-based) and brush the surface wax twice. If you need a darker surface effect, you can use transparent (polyester) paint (paint requirements: matte, yellow resistant). (Cement board is a strongly alkaline product, and all surface treatment products used must be neutral or water-based)
