陶瓷微珠在塑料中应用

白色微珠主要用于以下几种胶料制品：
1． 尼龙、PP、PBT、PC、POM等工程塑料的改性，可改善流动性、消除玻纤外露、克服翘曲、提高阻燃性能，减少玻纤用量降低生产成本。
2． 填充硬质PVC、PP、PE、生产异型材、管材和板材，可使制品具有良好的尺寸稳定、提高刚性和耐热温度，提高制品性价比，提高生产效率，降低成本。
3． 填充于PVC、PE等电缆、绝缘护套材料，可提高产品的耐高温、绝缘、耐酸碱等性能和产品的加工性能，提高产量，降低成本。
白色陶瓷微珠是一种非金属多功能材料，主要成分是SiO2和Al2O3，直径在1-5微米间，外观为白色，松散、球性率高，流动性好、白度高、熔点高。白色微珠被誉为“空间时代新材料”。
作为球型颗粒，白色微珠在塑料中应用具有如下特性：
1． 流动性好，产品尺寸稳定：白色微珠拥有优异的流动性能，可提高生产效率、降低能耗，提高制品尺寸稳定性防止翘曲等。
2． 改善外观、消除玻纤外露：用于各种工程塑料的玻纤改性可消除玻纤外露现象，改善流动性能，减少玻纤用量，降低成本。
3． 热稳定性好、阻燃：白色微珠熔点高、高温下不分解，可提高制品的阻燃性和热变形温度。
4． 绝缘性好、吸水率低：陶瓷微珠比电阻高，吸水率低（0.2%）,使用于生产电缆绝缘材料.
5． 耐腐蚀性强:白色微珠主要为硅酸铝成份，可在各种有机溶液及酸、碱溶剂中保持稳定。
