Chapter 2 Fund Manager Registration
Article 5 Private fund managers shall perform fund manager registration procedures with the Asset Management Association and apply to become members of the Asset Management Association.
Article 6 When a private equity fund manager applies for registration, he shall truthfully fill in the basic information of the fund manager, the basic information of senior managers and other practitioners, the basic information of shareholders or partners, and the basic information of the managed fund through the private equity fund registration and filing system. information.
Article 7 If the registration application materials are incomplete or do not meet the regulations, the private equity fund manager shall make timely supplements and corrections according to the requirements of the Asset Management Association.
If there are major changes in the registration matters during the registration application period, the private equity fund manager shall promptly notify the Asset Management Association and change the application registration content.
Article 8 The Fund Industry Association may verify the registration application materials provided by private equity fund managers by interviewing senior managers, conducting on-site inspections, and soliciting opinions from the China Securities Regulatory Commission and its dispatched offices and relevant professional associations.
Chapter 3 Fund Filing
Article 11 Private equity fund managers shall register through the private equity fund registration and filing system within one working day after the private equity fund is raised, and based on the main investment direction of the private equity fund Indicate the fund category and truthfully fill in basic information such as fund name, capital scale, investors, fund contract (fund company articles of association or partnership agreement, hereinafter collectively referred to as the fund contract).
