3. Recruitment procedures


Online registration. Applicants for graduates from January to January

On-site review: Applicants need to provide the original and copy of the graduate application registration form, job recommendation form, transcript and other materials that can prove their qualifications or abilities and three Physical examination report within 3 months (routine physical examination in Grade II A and above hospitals, blood pressure, color discrimination, vision, hearing, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, blood routine, urine routine, liver function, kidney function are required items) to the recruitment On-site review. Recruitment Procedure
Online Registration
. Applicants for graduates can log in to the recruitment column of the Nanchang Railway Bureau of the Jiangxi Talent and Personnel Network to register online from day to month. Preliminary review of qualifications
. After registration is completed, a preliminary review will be conducted on the applicants, and graduates will be reviewed and selected to participate in the examination. Interview
: The shortlisted candidates for the interview will be judged according to the proportion from high score to low score based on the written test results of the position among those who have obtained effective results in the written examination. The list of candidates to be interviewed will be published on the registration website. Shortlisted candidates log in to the Jiangxi Talent and Personnel Network registration system and print out the interview notice.
On-site qualification review is required before the interview. Candidates must provide originals and copies of their ID cards, admission tickets, graduation certificates, degree certificates, job recommendation forms, transcripts, online printed registration forms, awards and other materials that can prove their abilities. If the relevant materials and important information provided are untrue, the interview qualification will be revoked.
The interview is arranged by the recruiting unit, and the interview results are calculated in percentage.
Total results of the combined examination
: The total results of the examination are expressed in percentages, among which the written examination results (after conversion of the two subject results) account for the total results, and the interview results account for the total results. When calculating the total exam results, convert them according to their proportions and then summarize them to two decimal places.
