To establish an insurance brokerage company, the following conditions must be met:

(3) The company's articles of association comply with relevant regulations

(6) Have a fixed residence commensurate with the business scale

(8) Other conditions stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and the China Insurance Regulatory Commission.
(9) To establish an insurance brokerage company, the minimum registered capital shall be RMB 10,000, unless otherwise specified by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission. The registered capital of an insurance brokerage company must be paid-in monetary capital.
Insurance brokerage institutions may engage in the following insurance brokerage businesses:
(1) Formulate insurance plans, select insurance companies, and handle insurance procedures for policyholders
(2) Assist the insured or beneficiary with insurance Claims
(3) Reinsurance brokerage business
(4) Providing disaster prevention, loss prevention or risk assessment and risk management consulting services to the client
(5) Other businesses approved by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission.
