3. Structural Principle
This machine mainly consists of the following parts (as shown in the figure ):
Frame: Its column is equipped with a rack, and its base is equipped with four adjusting screws.
. Sliding seat: It is set on the column. The internal gear and the rack on the column form a gear pair. Turn the feed handle to make the sliding seat move up and down along the column.
Gear box: It is fixed on the sliding seat, and its spindle is equipped with a drill bit, which moves along with the sliding seat to achieve the purpose of drilling.
4. How to use
Move the machine to the place where core drilling is required, screw on four adjusting screws on the base, adjust the level of the machine, and embed iron expansion bolts on the ground. to secure the unit.
. Install the drill bit according to the drilling size requirements.
Connect the water source and check whether there is water leaking out of the drill bit.
Turn on the power switch, idle for a few minutes, and turn the feed handle to drill.
5. Precautions
When drilling, the feed speed should be ensured to be uniform, about 3~. If the drill bit is found to be stuck, the feed speed can be appropriately reduced, and the drill bit can be raised by a certain amount if necessary. , and then drill in slowly. Avoid drilling hard to avoid damaging the drill bit and the machine.

At the end of drilling, the machine can only be stopped when the drill bit is separated from the workpiece.

6. Maintenance and Inspection
Regularly check the joints of each component. If there is any looseness, adjust it in time.
When installing the drill bit, calcium-based grease should be added to the two threads.
After drilling, clean all parts of the drilling rig and add lubricating oil to the column and rack.
Replace the grease in the reducer every six months.
