How to use the pusher
Use an externally injected single hydraulic prop between the support base of the pusher and the working top plate, and tighten the pillar to fix the pusher.
First move the handle to the push position, then connect the liquid injection gun to the one-way valve on the valve cover, and pull the trigger of the liquid injection gun. Extend the piston rod and push the conveyor close to the coal wall.
Unload and remove the external injection single hydraulic prop that fixes the support base.
Pull the handle to the retracted position and pull the trigger of the liquid injection gun to retract the piston rod. Pull back the cylinder of the pusher together with the support. Completed a coal conveyor move.
Precautions for the installation and use of pushers
