The foaming agent is a white powder and the raw materials used are all food and pharmaceutical grade , has good compatibility with thermoplastic polyester, and its decomposition temperature matches its processing temperature range. The foaming agent is an endothermic closed-cell chemical nucleating foaming agent suitable for thermoplastic injection molding foaming. The gas produced when heated and dispersed is carbon dioxide (), which has fine bubble holes and uniform foaming. Carbon dioxide gas can easily control the size of the bubble holes and the surface appearance of the product is not affected by foaming.
Application fields: Production of polyester (such as /B, etc.) plates, sheets, rods, blow molded bottles, automotive components, boutiques, household products, electrical appliance casings and other products. Extrusion, injection molding and foaming.
Adding amount: about -10%, the amount of foaming agent can also be determined according to the foaming density, and can be increased or decreased appropriately.
