When entering the charging state from the normal state, the battery voltage can be detected. When the battery voltage enters this charging state, the voltage is greater than, the delay time exceeds, and it turns off.
Release the overcharge state
After entering the overcharge state, there are two methods to release the overcharge state and enter the normal state.
If the battery self-discharges and, on, returns to normal state.
After removing the charger and connecting the load, if , is turned on, it will return to normal mode.
Over-discharge detection
When entering the discharge state from the normal state, the battery voltage can be detected. When the battery voltage enters the over-discharge state, if the voltage is less than and the delay time exceeds, it will turn off. At this time, the pin is pulled through the internal resistor R. If , then the circuit enters power-down mode (current is less than .3).
Release the power-off mode
When the battery is in the power-off mode, if a charger is connected and at this time, it is still turned off, but the power-off mode is released. If turned on and returns to normal mode.
Charge Detection
If there is a charger connected to the battery in power-down mode, the voltage will become sum. Turn on and return to normal mode.
Abnormal charging status
If in normal mode, the charger is connected to the battery, and if the delay exceeds, it will shut down.
Overcurrent/short circuit current detection
In normal mode, when the discharge current is too large, the voltage detected by the pin is greater than (or), and the delay is greater than (or), it means overcurrent (short circuit )state. off, pulled through internal resistor R.
Release the over-current/short-circuit current state
When the protection circuit remains in the over-current/short-circuit current state, remove the load or the impedance between B+ and is greater than, and, then turns on, and returns to Normal conditions.
Note: When the battery is connected to the protection circuit for the first time, the circuit may not enter the normal mode and cannot be discharged at this time. If this happens, make the pin voltage equal to the voltage (short circuit with or connect the charger), and you can enter normal mode.
