. Preparation:
. Turn the door buckle of the accessory box on the left side of the instrument, open the accessory box, and take out the accessories. Use a brush to clean the material tray, pulverizer, upper and lower electrodes and material receiving holes in the measuring hole.
b. Insert the battery into the compartment according to the positive and negative marks on the battery compartment at the bottom of the instrument, and close the battery compartment cover.
Install the pressure rod and rocker handle as shown in the figure, and insert the material tray into the material receiving hole.
.Power-on adjustment:
Press the power switch or press the pressure lever, the LCD will light up, and the display will immediately display the manufacturer name, variety, temperature, battery level and other data, then press the variety selection button to adjust to the species you want to test.
3. Measurement:
. For sampling and crushing, use a sampling spoon to take a full spoonful of clean sample, pour it into the grinder (take one and a half spoonfuls for corn), close the feeding cover, and turn the handle. It pulverizes and falls into the serving dish. (There is no need to crush the rapeseed sample, just take a full spoonful and put it in the tray.)
b. Insert the tray containing the sample into the measuring hole, press the pressure rod to the positioning position, and during the measurement operation Turn on the instrument and read the display data, which is the moisture value of this variety. After the user lets go, the measurement is completed.
The temperature is automatically compensated.
. End: After the measurement is completed, the power will be automatically disconnected within 3 seconds, the power indicator light will go out, clean the instrument and accessories, and put the accessories back into the instrument accessory box.
4. Notes:
When the instrument displays abnormality during measurement, please press the power switch again to reset the instrument normally.
During measurement, the instrument and the sample to be measured should be at the same ambient temperature, otherwise large errors will occur.
.Each sample should be repeatedly sampled and measured three times, and the average value should be taken as the true result.
3. The instrument should be protected from shock and moisture, and should be kept clean and dry.
.When the instrument is not used for a long time, the battery should be taken out to avoid corrosion of the mechanical parts.
When the display shows that the battery is low, the battery should be replaced with a new one.
