Belt feeder structure
The belt feeder is a hanging feeder. Working principle of belt feeder

When the driving drum starts to rotate driven by external power, it drives the belt to move, and the belt drives the material on it to the discharge port. The cleaner installed at the reversing roller cleans the material adhered to the tape to prevent the material from being scattered on the return side. Changing the size of the feed inlet can be achieved by adjusting the opening of the gate, and changing the feeding amount can be achieved by adjusting the output shaft speed of the stepless transmission to change the speed of the belt, thereby changing the feeding amount.
