The permeable floor has unique pores, which can make the water permeability rate reach 3-liters/meter/hour, which is much higher than the most effective rainfall under the best drainage configuration. discharge rate.
, high bearing capacity
According to the appraisal of the national testing agency, the bearing capacity of the permeable floor can fully meet the bearing standards of concrete, which is higher than the bearing capacity of ordinary permeable bricks.
Good decorative effect
The permeable floor has an optimized color ratio scheme, which can cooperate with the designer's unique creativity to achieve the decorative styles required by different environments and personalities. This is difficult to achieve with ordinary permeable bricks.
, easy maintenance
There is no need to worry about pore clogging. The unique permeable paving system can be easily solved by high-pressure water washing.
, freeze-thaw resistance
Permeable pavement has stronger freeze-thaw resistance than ordinary concrete pavement, and will not be affected by freezing and thawing, because its structure itself has larger pores.
, Durability
The durability and wear resistance of permeable flooring is better than that of asphalt, and is close to that of ordinary floors. It avoids the shortcomings of general permeable bricks such as short service life and uneconomical performance.
, high heat dissipation
Construction steps
Mixing:
The consistency of the cement slurry in the permeable floor mixture is relatively large, and the quantity is small. In order to ensure uniformity of the cement slurry For ground wrapping, a forced mixer should be used, and the mixing time should be more than 1 minute.
Pouring:
Before pouring, the roadbed must be moistened with water. Otherwise, the rapid water loss of the permeable floor will weaken the bonding strength between aggregates. Since the permeable floor mixture is relatively dry and hard, just lay the mixed permeable floor and good permeable floor materials on the roadbed.
Vibration:
It is not advisable to vigorously vibrate or tamp during the pouring process. Generally, a flat vibrator is used to lightly vibrate the permeable concrete mixture after being paved, but care must be taken not to use a high-frequency vibrator, otherwise it will make the concrete too dense, reduce the porosity, and affect the water permeability effect. At the same time, the high-frequency vibrator will also cause the cement slurry to separate from the surface of the coarse aggregate and flow into the bottom to form an impermeable layer, causing the material to lose its water permeability.
Roller compaction:
After vibration, solid steel pipes or light rollers should be used to further compact the permeable concrete mixture. Considering the consistency of the mixture and ambient temperature, it may take several times. Rolling, but it should be noted that the rollers must be cleaned before rolling to prevent the aggregate from sticking.
Maintenance:
Because there are a large number of holes in the permeable floor, it is easy to lose water and dry quickly, so maintenance is very important. Especially in early maintenance, attention should be paid to avoid a large amount of evaporation of water in the floor. Usually, the demoulding time of permeable concrete is shorter than that of ordinary concrete, so its sides and edges will be exposed to the air. Plastic film or colored strips should be used to cover the road surface and sides in time to ensure humidity and sufficient cement hydration. The permeable floor should be sprinkled and cured the day after pouring. When pouring water, it is not advisable to use a pressure water column to directly hit the concrete surface. This will take away some cement slurry and cause some weak parts. However, under normal circumstances, it can be sprayed directly from top to bottom. Water. The watering and maintenance time of permeable floor should be no less than three days.
