) Verify whether the voltage level of the ground rod is consistent with the voltage level of the operating equipment.
) Installation: Fix the double-eye copper nose on the grounding soft copper wire to the corresponding position of the electric clamp on the ground rod (the electric clamp has fixed and movable types), and connect the single-eye copper nose on the ground rod. The copper nose is fixed on the ground clamp or ground pin to form a complete set of ground rods.
3) The human body must not come into contact with the grounding rod or unbroken wire to prevent induction conduction.
) In places with high induced voltages, construction workers should also wear anti-static clothing.
) A grounding warning sign must be hung at the grounding point.
) When hanging the ground rod: connect the ground clamp first, then connect the electric clamp. When removing the ground rod, you must follow the procedure to first disconnect the electric clamp, and then remove the ground clamp.
) It is strictly prohibited to use a wire clamp instead of winding to create a ground short circuit.
) If there is a grounding point at the suspension point, a grounding rod clamp or a special copper rod should be used for grounding connection. If there is no fixed grounding point available, a temporary grounding point can be used. The depth of the grounding electrode buried underground should not be less than .
) Portable short-circuit grounding rods should be properly kept. Before each use, you should carefully check whether it is intact, the soft copper wire is not exposed, and the nut is not loose, otherwise it must not be used.
) The inspection cycle of the portable short-circuit grounding rod is once every five years, and the inspection items are the same as the factory inspection. After the portable short-circuit grounding rod that has passed the test is subjected to a short circuit, it should be judged based on the size of the short-circuit current and appearance inspection, and generally should be scrapped.
