(2) Working principle
Foam fire hydrant is mainly composed of flange, cylinder, ball valve, internal connection, fire pipe teeth and end cap. It is distributed and installed at a preset position in the protected area. The flange is connected to the liquid supply pipeline. The ball valve is usually closed and the end cover is covered. When a fire occurs, first unscrew the end cap, then connect the fire hose, and then open the ball valve to deliver foam liquid to the foam generating device. The foam fire hydrant must be used within the specified pressure range.
