Principle of peanut shelling machine:
Peanut shelling machine removes soil and stones from peanuts , mulch and other debris. The peanuts are fed into the feeding hopper by the air feeding device (or manual feeding) and enter the front roller. The shells and kernels of the peanuts are peeled off using the squeezing force between the rotation of the pattern plate and the radian grid. When passing through the air duct, most of the peanut shells are blown out of the machine by the wind from the upper fan, and the peanut kernels and some unpeeled peanut pods fall together on the specific gravity screen for sorting. The peanut kernels then go up from the sorting and drying surface, pass through the kernel mouth, and flow into the sack. The unpeeled peanuts go down from the sorting and drying surface, flow into the lifting device through the return port, and are sent to the rear drum by the air lifting device for secondary shelling. The peeled kernels and shells fall through the rear arc-shaped grid. After being air-selected by the upper fan again, the specific gravity sorting and sifting are carried out repeatedly, and all the shells can be peeled off.
