◇Product Dosing
Continuous dosing can greatly reduce scaling of reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membrane systems. It is recommended to operate at the highest frequency of the metering pump and adjust the dose by adjusting the stroke of the pump to effectively protect the membrane system.
The preferred solution is to use a closed feeding system to add pure r to avoid contamination from foreign impurities (a closed feeding system means that the fluid flows directly from a closed storage container into the processing medium without being exposed to the atmosphere, but usually The exhaust or pressure safety device is still open to the atmosphere).
