Injection molding: pipe fittings formed in stages such as filling, holding pressure, cooling and demoulding of raw materials.
Molding: Also known as compression molding, this method is to place the raw material in the mold and use pressure and heat to melt the material and fill the cavity to form a product that is the same as the cavity. A molded pipe that is ejected from the mold after being heated to solidify and cooled.
The molded pipe fittings have high dimensional accuracy, good repeatability, smooth surface, large pressure-bearing capacity, and high production efficiency, which is convenient for mass production. The injection-molded pipe fittings have small pressure-bearing capacity and have bonding lines and ripples.
