[Details]
Product Overview and Application
It is an easy-to-use mixed liquid composed of a dispersant and an inorganic additive containing an amphoteric surfactant. It uses an alkaline cleaning solution formula specifically designed to remove organic dirt and biofouling from reverse osmosis membranes and ultrafiltration membranes. This product has a wide range of applications and can be mixed with a variety of other cleaning agents.
During normal operation, the reverse osmosis membrane gradually forms scaling, causing a significant decrease in system efficiency. Precipitates accumulate on the membrane resulting in a decrease in permeate flow and salt rejection. Fouling will lead to deterioration of water quality, reduced production, unplanned downtime and premature replacement of membrane modules.
Regular implementation of maintenance and cleaning programs can maintain low pump output pressure and extend membrane service life with a return on investment (r) of up to % to %. When the standard permeate water volume and salt rejection rate decrease by %-% compared with the initial baseline data, the membrane module should be cleaned.

Dosage and dosage method
A closed supply system should be used for supply.
Must always be used within the temperature and value ranges given by the membrane manufacturer. This product is compatible with polyphenolamine, synthetic and cellulose acetate membranes.
The cleaning solution is prepared with chlorine-free water (r permeate water). The weight concentration is .-.% and sodium hydroxide is added to adjust the value to .-. It is recommended to adjust the cleaning solution value and temperature to the maximum value within the range allowed by the membrane manufacturer. In addition, the minimum temperature should be at least -℉ (i.e. -℃), but this cleaning solution is more effective at higher temperatures. Adding mass concentration % to the solution can improve performance.
The length of the cleaning cycle depends on the amount and nature of the scale. Generally, it takes - 1 hour, but when the fouling is severe, it is necessary to soak the membrane for 10 minutes and then recirculate. 5 minutes can better remove severe fouling. This cleaning cycle may need to be repeated for severely fouled membranes.
After completing the cleaning process, it is recommended to rinse the membrane with high-quality water immediately to remove any residue. When the membrane is reused in the factory, the first 1-minute discharged water must be drained or the length of time determined according to the actual situation to ensure that it does not contain any cleaning fluid.
Foaming will occur in the spot cleaning tank. The solution return line can be adjusted lower than the liquid level in the tank to reduce foaming.
It is recommended to contact your distributor or business representative to develop a suitable cleaning plan for you.
Storage
The maximum storage temperature is ℉(℃).
