◇用途说明
Kleen MCT103是一种低PH值的液体配方，用于去除金属氢氧化物、碳酸钙和其它类的结垢，它适用于芳香聚酰胺反渗透膜，中空纤维膜以及钠滤（NF）和超滤（UF）膜。优良的清洗效果可以延长膜的运行时间。
为了得到最佳效果，KIeen MCT103应与KIeen MCT511一起使用。
◇稀释
通常的稀释比例是整个清洗系统体积的1-3%（通常为1：45），整个系统包括清洗罐、连接管道、过滤器、压力容器和膜。
◇清洗说明
检查清洗罐、软管和保安过滤器。
检查并调换新的清洗保安过滤芯。
用反渗透透过水或除盐水注入情形次罐，缓慢注入计算的加药量到清洗罐，用清洗泵循环混合溶液，用加热器将混合溶液加热到膜制造商所规定的最高温度。
以进水方向循环清洗30分钟。清洗流量应按照膜制造商或系统供应商的推荐值。如果无法找到该数值，请参照ArgoScientific技术手册的清洗部分。
如果污染严重，请将初始回流液（体积约为清洗罐的15%）排掉以防止污染物重新附着于膜表面。
对于多段系统，每段应单独清洗以获得最大效果，如果清洗液变浑浊或PH值超出ArgoScientific的推荐值范围，则在清洗其它段时应将此清洗液排空并重新配置清洗液。
在系统重新投运前最好能用反渗透过水漂洗。
◇包装
产品包装形式为220KG/塑桶及25KG/塑桶。
