dd Zhengzhou University is the only national engineering key construction university in Henan Province. It is a university jointly built by the People's Government of Henan Province and the Ministry of Education. It is a university covering science, engineering, medicine, and literature. It is a comprehensive university with strong teaching staff and excellent school running conditions in major disciplines such as history, philosophy, law, economics, management, education, agriculture, and art. It was approved by the Ministry of Education as a national pilot school for modern distance education. We now adopt an independent enrollment method to recruit modern distance education undergraduate and junior college students from the society.
1. Enrollment Targets and Registration Conditions
.Enrollment Targets: Administrative cadres at all levels and types, national civil servants, teachers, employees in other industries, young people, unemployed persons, etc.
.Apply Undergraduate students starting from junior college must have a junior college degree or above in the national education series. Applicants for junior college starting from high school should have high school (including vocational high school), technical secondary school diploma or equivalent education
. Candidates applying for medical-related majors must have obtained a health occupation When registering for qualified in-service personnel, candidates must bring the original and copy of the health professional qualification certificate or the health professional title certificate for junior and above (including junior)
. Candidates applying for the nursing college must hold a nursing technical secondary school diploma or Nurse certificate.
2. Entrance Examination and Admission Method
.Entrance Examination: Zhengzhou University independently proposes and organizes the entrance examination to select the best students from high scores to low scores.
.Enrollment without examination:
Those who have a bachelor's degree or above in the national education series are exempted from taking the entrance examination to participate in undergraduate studies starting from a junior college
Anyone who has a junior college degree or above in the national education series can participate in junior college studies starting from a high school without taking the examination
Recommended students for general junior colleges in colleges and universities can be admitted without examination based on their admission tickets and college entrance examination transcripts for the national general college entrance examination for junior college to bachelor's degree in that year. Those who have passed the cut-off mark will be exempted from the examination based on the transcript provided by the provincial admissions department
Those who have won the model worker and advanced production (work) award at the provincial or ministerial level or above
Those who have obtained scientific and technological achievements at the prefectural or municipal (bureau) level Those who are awarded first prize or above
. Freshmen admitted to our school should go to our school or various off-campus study centers to complete the enrollment registration procedures on time with the admission notice of Zhengzhou University.
3. Certificates and Degrees
Students who have completed all courses stipulated in the teaching plan of this major within the prescribed period of study and have passed the undergraduate degree must pass the unified examination of public basic courses organized by the Ministry of Education and pass the graduation qualification review and be awarded national recognition. Academic qualifications, Zhengzhou University graduation certificate registered electronically by the Ministry of Education (with online education added). Undergraduate graduates who meet the conditions for awarding a bachelor's degree in adult higher education at Zhengzhou University shall be awarded a bachelor's degree in adult higher education upon application and approval by the school's academic degree committee.
4. Teaching model and learning method
Zhengzhou University’s modern distance education adopts the teaching model of independent learning textbooks + on-demand courseware + online Q&A + online self-test + online discussion + pre-examination tutoring + centralized examination + graduation practice . Students independently study textbooks and log in to the learning platform to demand online courseware and obtain online teaching resources. They participate in online video Q&A, course discussions, complete online tests and online assignments, and participate in teaching sessions such as course final examinations and graduation practices organized by local learning centers.
