1. Instructions for use of roadblock tire breaker:
Put the equipment box wheels downward to the road surface --The traction device faces the unfolding direction-open the locks on both sides-turn on the power switch of the traction device (the red button lights up to indicate standby mode).
Pull out the remote control antenna and press the forward button (up button) to expand the nail to the required length and release the button to stop.
When closing, press the back button (down button). After the nail belt is closed, release the button to stop. (Note: The remote control is equipped with a delay function. Make sure to grasp the advance amount during operation, otherwise it will cause damage to the box due to strong inertia.)
When collecting the box, match the traction device with the interface of the nail tape box and then erect the box. Press the locks on both sides.
Please choose a flat road surface when laying out.
When the remote control operation cannot be performed due to electromechanical failure, you can hold the traction device to pull out the nail strip to complete the deployment manually.
2. Precautions for roadblock tire breaker:
Because the nails are sharp, be careful to avoid injury during operation and maintenance.
Specialized personnel must be on duty near the spike strips to avoid accidental injury to pedestrians and vehicles.
During the deployment and interception, it is strictly prohibited for any person to appear within 1 meter of the inertial direction of the intercepted vehicle and the spike belt. Avoid personal injury caused by the vehicle losing control after a tire puncture and other reasons.
When the equipment is idle for a long time, it needs to be recharged every day or so.
The power switch must be turned off promptly after use.
It is strictly prohibited to drop or hit the equipment box artificially or maliciously.
This product is an electromechanical product. Please pay attention to waterproofing, moisture-proof, and exposure protection during use and storage.
When reinstalling the nails, be sure to place the rubber ring on the top of the nail shaft (nail base) first, otherwise the nails will fall off easily.
