3. Structure and working principle:
This machine consists of a truss, a working trolley, The engraving device, traction, walking, water supply, electrical control and other components are shown in the structural diagram. The truss is equipped with guide rail adjustment bolts whose spatial position can be adjusted to make the left and right guide rails parallel to each other and parallel to the ground. The working trolley is suspended on the guide rail through suspension wheels to ensure the straightness and depth of the engraving.

4. Installation
When the engraving width is required to be larger and the truss is longer, for the convenience of transportation, the machine is divided into parts and the relative position of each component is installed, as shown in the structural diagram. When the connection between the two trusses is fixed with bolts, the entire truss should be basically in a straight line. If there is a bent connection, washers should be added to adjust.
After the truss is connected, first install the machine legs and then the working trolley. The working trolley is pushed in from one end of the redirection wheel and first pushes the end of the bottom plate with the swing shaft.
When the traction wire rope passes through the driving sheave, it should be wound one more time and tightened as much as possible through the tensioning device to increase friction and ensure working speed.
When adjusting the center distance of the two guide rails due to straightness, both sides should be adjusted at the same time to keep the center distance unchanged.
When the booster water pump is a submersible pump, it should be placed in a water container. The water container can be placed on the truss.
5. Operation instructions:
After the machine is installed, move it to the road surface to be carved and press down on the knife lifting lever to lift the blade off the ground and insert the positioning pin.
Add engine oil or butter to the reducer, bearing oil cup and each lubrication point, and place the submersible pump in a container filled with water.
According to the wiring diagram, connect the travel switch to turn on the power and perform a test run. The blade rotation direction is preferably downward and toward the workbench to reduce flying pulp.
. Draw a straight line along the direction of the working trolley and adjust the machine so that a certain blade is aligned above the straight line. Start the trolley to walk and check the linear shape of the driving track. If necessary, adjust the position of the guide rail until it meets the requirements.

6. Precautions:
. Keep the oil in the reducer and replace it once every one month of use.

. Frequently check the blade wear and adjust the height of the profiling support wheel promptly to ensure that the engraving depth is adjusted on both sides at the same time to ensure that the engraving depth is even.
When replacing blades, they should be replaced in groups and new and old blades should not be mixed.
Frequently adjust the oil cup so that the bearing is filled with grease.
If it is found that the engraving depth is less than the limited depth, the belt positions of the walking motor and reducer should be adjusted to change the walking speed of the car.
The guide rails and the surface of the suspension wheel should be kept clean and grease should not be applied.
