The working principle of the heatless regeneration adsorption dryer: The pressure swing adsorption regeneration cycle uses compressed air to alternately flow through two drying tanks filled with adsorbent, that is, one tank adsorbs water vapor under a high partial pressure (working pressure) state, while the other A tank resolves at a low partial pressure (near atmospheric pressure) and then switches according to a set time program.
Adsorption: The wet air enters the drying tank from the lower piping system through the three-way one-way valve and flows through the adsorbent bed from bottom to top. The dried air is discharged from the upper piping system.
Regeneration: Part of the dry air (about %) enters the drying tank through the regeneration gas regulating valve of the upper piping system. The decompressed dry air (called regeneration gas) analyzes and regenerates the adsorbent in the drying tank from top to bottom to restore the drying capacity of the adsorbent. The regeneration gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the lower piping valve and silencer.
Pressure equalization: After the adsorbent regeneration is completed, the valve is closed and the drying tank is pressurized to the online working pressure to prepare for switching.
Switching: The lower piping system opens and the shut-off valve opens, and the two drying tanks complete the switching tank and enter the adsorption tank for pressure relief and regeneration. The working sequence and working time are automatically controlled by the controller.
