Installation and Use Instructions
The ambient temperature when using the module shall not be higher than ℃. When it is higher than ℃, it should be derated. Humidity must not be higher than %.
In the device, the module should be placed in a location where heat is easy to dissipate and the wind flow is smooth. The wind speed should not be less than /. When the wind speed is low or when self-cooling is used, the cooling module should be derated and used. No matter what kind of cooling module is used, the cooling module must not exceed the shell temperature. The measuring point of the shell temperature is the geometric center of the long side bottom plate of the module.
The surface of the radiator on which the module is installed must be flat, smooth and free of scratches. During installation, surface contamination must be removed and a layer of thermally conductive silicone grease (oil) such as type thermal grease must be applied. This can effectively reduce the contact thermal resistance and reduce the shell temperature, which is beneficial to the safe operation of the module. The tightening torque of the mounting bolts is + and verify that the module bottom plate is in close contact with the radiator table. Connect correctly according to the instructions on the template label and the electrode markings on the shell.
