It is not a calender and its structure is not as strong as the latter. Plate forming mainly relies on the machine head to form the plate. You cannot rely on a three-roller calender to calender the plate into a thin plate or sheet, otherwise the three rollers will be deformed and damaged.

Increasing the roller diameter can increase the plate rolling time. The smoothness of the plate is better, but the roller diameter is too large and the area is large. It is difficult to install the transmission system. At the same time, the linear speed of the extruded plate is small. If the roller diameter is large, a complex structure is required. Due to the huge transmission and speed regulation system, the diameter of the general roller does not exceed

The three-roller traction speed is slightly faster than the extrusion line speed >--%, which can make wrinkles disappear and reduce the internal stress of the board. If the distance between the three rollers and the machine head is too large, the board will easily sag, wrinkle, and have a poor finish. It will also be prone to heat dissipation and cooling.
