American Conval globe valve

The American Convo () globe valve is designed and manufactured according to the special requirements of customers. No other forged valve for severe service offers such a variety of options. The valves have three types of valve bodies: type, angle and type. The pressure rating of the valve can contain up to five standard materials. Other materials are also available according to customers' special needs. The interchangeability of parts is good, so even when the parts inventory is relatively small, the entire equipment installation can be supported.

Valve packing system
The packing system is composed of corrosion-resistant and high-density graphite packing. Uniform loading from the axial one-piece gland, highly polished stainless steel stem and stuffing box ensures tight sealing of the packing material and sealing surfaces.
Online quick maintenance
The globe valve is easier to maintain than any other valve on the market. Globe valve online maintenance provides modular solutions which will lead to rising maintenance costs. Low valve acquisition cost is less important than low life cycle cost. Maintaining valves is far easier and less expensive than replacing competitor valves.
Pressure sealing valve cover
There are no solder joints and no gaskets or gaskets between the pressure sealing valve cover and the valve body. This structure is simple and effective. The integrity of the connection between the valve body and bonnet is achieved through numerous thermal cycle tests.
Single Gland
The simpler the design and the fewer parts, the better the performance of the valve in harsh environments. Durable one-piece stainless steel gland ensures valve longevity.
Axial Load Packing System
The axial design ensures high concentricity while eliminating the side load of the packing and reducing wear on internal components of the valve. This design feature is critical to the valve's superior performance.
Pressure type upper seal
The pressure type upper seal greatly improves the integrity of the valve and ensures that the valve stem and valve core assembly are accurately in the proper position.
