Instructions for use
First install the thin grinding wheel and check the thin grinding wheel before installing the grinding wheel. Whether there are cracks, moisture deformation, and whether both sides are flat. Uneven surfaces may cause the incision to deviate and the clamp to be tightened. After installing the disc, tighten the locking nut, but the torque should not be too large to avoid crushing the thin grinding wheel.
Install the rail cutting machine on the rail and pull out the positioning rod installed on the fixture. At this time, the position indicated by the end surface of the positioning rod is the cutting position of the grinding wheel. Move the rail cutting machine to the preset cutting position as needed. Then make the inner surface (convex surface) of the fixture closely contact the top surface of the rail and the lower part of the rail palate and tighten the set bolts. When re-cutting, the thin grinding wheel must perfectly match the original incision, otherwise the cutting position should be changed.
If the cut is tilted during the cutting process, the machine should be stopped to check the cause, eliminate the fault, or replace the thin grinding wheel, change the cutting position, and start cutting again.
