 产品简介：本品是我公司最新研制新型高效粉末消泡剂，是由聚硅氧烷、特种乳化剂、高活性聚醚消泡剂经特殊工艺聚合而成。由于本品不含水份所以成功的运用到没有水份的粉末产品当中。特点是消泡能力强、用量少、抑泡持久、热稳定性好、流动性好、无副作用、运输方便等。在高温、高碱度的溶液中具有极强的消泡、抑泡性能。

外观:     白色或淡黄色粉末状固体      PH值（25℃）:6--8

           有效物%≤14

用途：适用于造纸/制浆、纺织、印染、洗涤过程、石油钻井、化工、清洗剂、切削液、建材、油墨、污水处理等工业消泡。适用于不宜使用液态消泡剂的体系。

使用方法及用量：可以将消泡剂直接投入到具有搅拌的生泡体系介质中，使消泡迅速分散均匀；或将消泡剂溶于水（热温水溶解较快），然后连续或间断地投入或喷入生泡体系中，使消泡剂迅速分散均匀，以便获得更好的效果，现用现配，稀释后不宜久存。一般使用比例为发泡体系的0.001~0.5%，但不同工艺及不同要求，用户可根据实际情况自行增减。

包装贮存和运输：a)本品用塑衬纸箱1×20kg包装。b)室内贮存。勿与水、酸、碱、氧化物直接接触。c)本品按非危险品运输。
