Soft-sealed gate valve
Also known as elastic seat-sealed gate valve
Adopts a cavity-free structure. The inner and outer surfaces of the valve body and valve cover are sprayed with epoxy resin and the surface of the gate plate is coated with rubber. This fundamentally eliminates the possibility of corrosion. The rod seal eliminates packing and uses a shaped sealing ring to make the bee more reliable. According to needs, this gate valve can be operated by operating lever, hand wheel, electric and pneumatic. Structural Features
. The integrated valve cover has a concealed stem design and the structure is compact. The two-piece structure of the stem nut and the gate plate has no blocking phenomenon, a straight channel, no leakage, and a concave cavity. The valve stem seal adopts a shaped sealing ring.
.It has excellent anti-corrosion performance. The inner and outer surfaces of the shell are sprayed with epoxy resin. When necessary, the inner surface is lined with enamel. The connecting bolts are sealed with hexagon socket bolts on top.
. Reliable hygienic epoxy resin meets hygienic standards - the gate is integrally covered with rubber stems, valve stem nuts and other parts that comply with hygienic inspections and are made of stainless steel or bronze that are not corroded by water.
