It is composed of a piston-type pneumatic actuator and a triple-eccentric metal seal valve body. Its structure is designed using the three-dimensional centering principle. Pneumatic triple eccentric butterfly valve can be equipped with a pneumatic valve positioner to input a control signal (-D or -D) air source to control the operation. It can also be equipped with a stroke limit switch, a solenoid valve, a triplex and an air source. It can realize switch operation and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the switch of the valve. This valve adopts a triple eccentric sealing structure with minimal wear on the valve seat and butterfly plate.
The sealing ring is made of stainless steel and has the dual advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal. It has excellent sealing performance at both low and high temperatures and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and long service life.
The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is made of surfacing cobalt-based carbide sealing surface, which is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
The large-diameter butterfly plate adopts a quilted frame structure with high strength, large flow area and small flow resistance.
