It has the function of pressure resistance, The functions of sealing, corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, impact resistance, vibration and noise reduction can reduce pipeline deformation and increase pipeline service life.
The advantage of the bellows compensator is that it adopts an advanced overall one-time hydroforming process that does not damage the bellows. The product features are high dimensional accuracy, long service life, reliable performance, compact structure, large compensation capacity, long fatigue life, high pressure-bearing capacity, widely used materials, simple piping and no need for maintenance in engineering applications, large diameter, high temperature resistance, and strong resistance to stress corrosion. But it also has shortcomings that are not easy to solve: For example, the axial corrugated compensator produces pressure thrust on the fixed bracket, causing the fixed bracket to have a large thrust and high cost. In addition, the corrugated compensator pipe wall is thin and cannot withstand torsion, and has poor vibration safety.
