Piling Machine Product Introduction
The pile driving machine consists of pile hammer, pile frame and ancillary equipment. The pile hammer is attached to the front of the pile frame between two parallel vertical guide rods (commonly known as gantry) and is lifted with a lifting hook. The pile frame is a steel structure tower with a winch at the rear for lifting piles and pile hammers. There is a guide frame composed of two guide rods in front of the pile frame to control the pile driving direction so that the pile can penetrate the ground accurately according to the designed orientation. The basic technical parameters of the pile driver are the impact part weight, impact kinetic energy and impact frequency. Pile hammers can be divided into drop hammers, steam hammers, diesel hammers, hydraulic hammers, etc. according to the power source of their movement.
Installation and operation of pile driver
1. Pile driver operators must be familiar with the structural performance, operating essentials and safety precautions of the machine, pass the examination and obtain the certificate before they can operate alone.
2. The operator must concentrate during operation. Do not talk, laugh, hit or make trouble with unrelated persons. Smoking and eating food are not allowed during operation.
3. Strictly abide by the relevant maintenance regulations of the pile driver and conscientiously perform maintenance at all levels to ensure that the pile driver is always in good condition. And pay attention to reasonable use and correct operation.
4. The pile driver should make the following preparations before working:
1. Understand the construction conditions and tasks from the construction personnel, as well as the problems found during the construction and matters that the class should pay attention to.
. Adjust the position of the pile driver's transmission gear according to the vibration force required by the construction personnel.
Check whether the insulation of cables and wires is good. Check whether the controller contacts are in good condition and the limits are correct.
Check whether the voltage of the power supply meets the requirements.
Carry out lubrication and maintenance on all parts according to daily maintenance items.
5. Safety precautions for the pile driver at work:
. The pile driver must be directed by a dedicated person when working. Commanders and operators should check each other's signals before working. Work closely together.
At first, use a bell or other means to send a signal to notify people around you to leave.
, Pile driver and pile cap The planes of the pile cap and the pipe column (or pile) should be leveled. The connecting bolts should be tightened and checked frequently to see if they are loose.
. The starting of the pile driver should be accelerated from low speed to high speed gear by gear.
When the pile driver is working, you should pay close attention to the current and voltage indications on the control panel. If abnormal noise or other abnormal conditions are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
Frequently check the bearing temperature and whether the bearing cover screws are loose, and strictly check whether the eccentric iron block connecting screws are loose to prevent accidents.
It is strictly forbidden to stand around the pipe string (or pile) when sinking.
When the pile driver cooperates with water injection and mud suction for sinking, the relevant personnel should be contacted in advance and take care of each other during the work.
Workers must wear safety belts when extending pipe strings or piles and installing pile caps.
. It is strictly prohibited to carry out mechanical maintenance and repair work during the sinking process.
6. After the pile driver stops working, the power supply should be cut off immediately and the pile driver and motor should be inspected and maintained.
7. The pile driver should be stored in a warehouse when it is not used for a long time. The motor should be protected against moisture. The instruments on the control panel should be removed and packed for storage.
