The pump head adopts a horizontal three-column type
This pump is mainly composed of a motor and a plug pump type. The three-phase motor is decelerated by a belt and drives the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism to convert the rotational motion into reciprocating motion and drive the column. The plug works inside the cylinder. In this way, the working medium passes through the suction and discharge valves to form high-pressure liquid discharge.
A backflow valve is provided at the discharge end of the pump head, which is used to adjust the discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be used as a constant pressure valve to maintain constant system pressure.
The discharge end is also equipped with a pressure maintaining valve. When the test piece reaches the specified test pressure value and stops, the valve automatically cuts off the test circuit and the pump to maintain pressure.
The upper end of the pressure maintaining valve is equipped with a pressure gauge to indicate the test pressure. The lower end of the pressure gauge is equipped with a pressure relief valve to release the circuit pressure after the pressure maintaining test is completed. Or if the pressure rises above the specified value due to misoperation, the pressure relief valve can be opened to relieve part of the pressure, and the inching switch can be used to raise or stop the specified value. The starting operation of the pump is operated by an electromagnetic starter, which is equipped with start and stop buttons.
