Product Introduction
A ball valve without a fixed shaft is called a floating ball valve, also known as a floating ball valve. There are two valve seat sealing rings in the valve body of the floating ball valve. A ball is clamped between them. There is a through hole on the ball. The diameter of the through hole is equal to the inner diameter of the pipe. It is said that the diameter of the through hole of the full-diameter ball valve is slightly smaller than the diameter of the pipe. The inner diameter is called a reduced diameter ball valve. The ball can rotate freely in the valve seat sealing ring with the help of the valve stem. When opening, the ball hole is aligned with the diameter of the pipe to ensure the minimum resistance to the working medium of the pipe. When the valve stem rotates/turn, the ball hole is perpendicular to the passage of the valve. The pretightening force and medium pressure applied to the two valve seat seals press the ball tightly against the valve seat seal at the outlet end, thereby ensuring that the valve is completely sealed. . This kind of ball valve is a single-sided forced seal.
