.Working principle
The main difference between the rotation detector and the proximity switch is that it is equipped with a delay circuit inside, which can be adjusted according to the different rotation speeds of the passive shaft. The internal delay is used to achieve the stuck-rotor protection of the equipment. The rotation detector is installed on the passive shaft as shown in the figure. It passes the detection piece installed on the driven shaft and uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to give the speed switch a pulse signal (when the detection piece When it rotates to a millimeter distance from the speed switch, it is a pulse). Taking Figure 1 as an example, the speed switch at the moment of power-on makes the relay pull-in delay for the set number of seconds through the relay connected in series.
