Function & can be soluble in aliphatic, aromatic and ester ketone solvents, but insoluble in water .It can improve the properties of the paint surface, especially as listed below
& Promote leveling and surface flatness
& Improve resistance to scratches and abrasion damage on the paint surface
& Prevent orange peel Phenomenon and the appearance of shrinkage cavities
& Stabilize the paint curtain in the lamination
& Prevent Bernal traps
& Improve spray spray tolerance
& Additional defoaming and deaeration functions
Application & Recommended for use in solvent-based coatings, such as
& Alkyd, acrylic and polyester baking varnishes
& Wood coatings such as acid-cured or polyurethane, especially when applied by flow coating
&Solvent-free epoxy floor paint
&Light-curing
&Air-drying alkyd system
Adding amount is based on the total formula
Adding method & needs to be added after production. It is recommended to dilute it to % solids for easy use
Storage & should be stored in a dry place. The shelf life of unopened barrels is five years from the date of production. The shelf life of the product can be found on its packaging drum
