Test steps

Choose a suitable sample, knock it straight, and use the elbow wrench that comes with it to bend one end of the sample
When it is necessary to hang a heavy thallium on the end of the sample, insert one end of the wire into the chuck Or in the corresponding hole on the jaw, the other end hangs down through the follower bracket, and bends a ring at the end, hangs the hook tray of the machine, and adds a corresponding weight not greater than ~% of the nominal breaking force of the wire. For wires with high strength and large diameter, sometimes the space of the testing machine is limited to add heavy thallium, so you can use flat-nose pliers to clamp it properly for winding. When you pull one end of the wire with your hands for testing, you can use a guide wheel. Hold the wire and apply the minimum pulling force that can make the wire stick to the mandrel
After determining the direction of rotation, close the clutch and step on the pedal of the foot switch. At this time, the motor starts, because the rotation speed is very low. , the operator can count the number of turns. When the number of turns reaches the requirement, lift the pedal, stop the motor, open the clutch, and wait until the torque wound on the mandrel disappears to remove the sample. Sometimes the clutch cannot be opened due to the large torque after the sample is wound. At this time, the switch can be moved in the opposite direction. After the test is completed, records should be made in time.
Notes
The testing machine should be installed in a dry, clean, and vibration-free room to ensure horizontal installation.
Pay attention to the maintenance of the foot switch and prevent water and various debris from entering the foot switch housing, so as not to affect the normal operation of the switch.
