Working principle of series belt feeder
The materials in the silo of the belt feeder enter the box through the funnel frame and fall on the special tape with wear resistance, anti-longitudinal tearing and impact control capabilities. When the driving drum starts to rotate driven by external power, the belt is driven to move, and the belt drives the material on it to the discharge port. The running belt is discharged from the discharge port and then turns to return. Materials are continuously discharged from the discharge port to complete the feeding process. The cleaner installed at the reversing roller cleans the material adhered to the tape to prevent the material from being scattered on the return side. Changing the size of the feed inlet can be achieved by adjusting the opening of the gate, and changing the feeding amount can be achieved by adjusting the output shaft speed of the stepless transmission to change the speed of the belt, thereby changing the feeding amount. To change the feeding amount, you can also change the motor speed through the optional frequency converter, thereby changing the feeding amount. During the operation of the belt feeder, the main loads of the system are supported by rolling bearings, so the running resistance is small, the driving power required for the equipment is small, and the working life of each system component is long.
