Preparation before use
Check or tighten the bolts and threaded connections of each part of the machine, and they should be firmly connected.
Mix gasoline and special lubricating oil for two-stroke Komatsu gasoline engines in a proportion of , and shake evenly.
Pour the mixed gasoline into the gasoline engine case and wipe off the remaining gasoline on the outer surface.
Inject oil (machine oil) into the eccentric block bearing. When filling oil, first remove the hexagon socket screw from the sleeve end cover, then use a needle tube to fill the oil hole with oil. After the oil filling is completed, tighten the screw. The initial injection amount is, and then every working hour, every oil injection.
It should be noted that the lubricating oil in the rod should not be excessive, and the oil level should be at a height that does not contact the lower end bearing of the eccentric block.

Note that the main engine selected for this machine is a two-stroke all-round working gasoline engine. Please use a mixture of gasoline and special lubricating oil for two-stroke Komatsu gasoline engines. Start the gasoline engine
Put the tamping pick upright on the gravel or soil ground. Do not stand it on the hard ground.
Press the gasoline engine pump more than once to pump oil, and close the throttle control handle to the minimum (idle speed). If the engine is cold started or started in winter, the damper should be closed.
Hold the handle of the tamping pick with one hand, pull the starting handle of the gasoline engine with the other hand, and tighten the pull rope. Pull the starter handle quickly. After the gasoline engine is started, the starting handle should be slowly returned and the air door should be opened.
After the gasoline engine is started, it should be run at idle speed for a few minutes to warm up the engine to lubricate all parts of the gasoline engine before it can work.
Tamping operation and shutdown
Hold the handle of the tamping pick, open the throttle of the gasoline engine to the maximum, and repeatedly insert it into the ballast of the track bed to perform the tamping operation.
The machine should be shut down during breaks. Do not idle for a long time.
When stopping, first close the throttle to the minimum, then press and hold the stop button to stop.
When the rest time is long or not in use, the tamping pick should be placed flat on the ground with the handle facing down to avoid dropping the gasoline engine.
Be careful not to leave the tamping pick upside down (pick head facing up) for a long time.
