It consists of valve body, valve cover, valve stem, plunger, sealing ring, hand wheel, etc. Composed of zero, seventy-eight pieces (as shown in the picture). When the handwheel is rotated, the plunger is driven by the valve stem, causing the inclined conical surface of the plunger top to reciprocate with the conical surface of the valve seat to complete the opening and closing of the valve. By adjusting the tightening of the valve cover fixing bolts, the sealing ring is compressed, and the inner ring tightly wraps the plunger and the outer ring is close to the inner wall of the valve cavity. After debugging and pressure testing according to the standard, if there is no leakage for three minutes, the surface and cavity only need to be cleaned. There is no need to disassemble, wash, adjust or change. It is basically guaranteed that no maintenance is required within one year.

The valve can be installed at any position on the pipe fatigue. The direction of medium flow is shown by the arrow on the valve body.
If there is leakage after a period of use, you must first open the tiller door and then tighten the compression bolts on the valve cover evenly until there is no leakage. It is not advisable to blindly tighten the bolts. If it is too tight, the sealing ring will be crushed and the sealing effect will be lost.
When the sealing ring is damaged and needs to be replaced, care should be taken to prevent scratches and bumps on the surface of the plunger and the new sealing ring.
