Installation method of bridge inflatable mandrel
Before using the rubber bridge inflatable mandrel, first check that the steel cage wire joints and wire rolling heads must not be bent in the direction of the inner diameter to avoid damaging the mandrel and causing air leakage. First pour the concrete cushion layer at the bottom of the steel cage, and then use ropes to pull the bridge inflatable mandrel into the steel cage with the longitudinal joints facing upwards. Open the valve and inflate it to the specified pressure, then close the valve. Do not overpressure. The inflatable mandrel of special-shaped bridges should be inflated alternately until it reaches the specified pressure. Fix the core mold that enters the steel cage up, down, left and right. Overcome buoyancy and move left and right. After pouring concrete, use vibrators to vibrate from both sides at the same time to prevent the mandrel from moving left and right. And the vibrating rod segment head cannot contact the mandrel to avoid puncture and air leakage.
