//The scope of application uses the hose forming method in strict accordance with the relevant regulations on coal mine safety. Depending on whether the tube core is used or not, it can be divided into Core method (including soft core method and hard core method), coreless method. The cored method means that the hose is formed on a hard or soft core, while the coreless method means that the skeleton layer and outer rubber layer are directly formed on the extruded inner hose. In order to ensure that the hose is under pressure during the vulcanization process, the hose is wrapped with water cloth (a roll of water-soaked wet cloth about wide), rope or lead after molding, and then vulcanized.
