1. Main uses
This device is installed on the side wall of the chute that is not impacted by the material. When a blockage forms in the chute, the detector Alarm, vibration or shutdown signals will be issued to prevent serious accidents caused by materials blocking the chute.

3. Working principle
When the material causes blockage in the chute, the accumulated material will definitely put a pressure on the side wall of the chute, thereby causing the material to block the chute. The device's trap door moves outward. When the deflection angle of the movable door is greater than the controlled angle, it controls the switch action to send an alarm or shutdown signal. If it is connected to the rapper control circuit, the automatic rapping function without stopping the machine can be realized when there is slight blockage. After the blockage fault is eliminated, the movable door automatically resets.
4. Installation and wiring
(1) Installation
The machine should be installed in pairs on the two opposite side walls of the chute, usually one third of the way up the bottom of the chute. Detected as a light blockage signal. The upper two thirds from the bottom are detected as heavy blockage signals.
. After selecting the installation location, open a square opening, and then weld a baffle on the inner wall of the chute about ~~ above the opening to prevent large pieces of material from falling and directly hitting the movable door and causing malfunction.
. Please completely cover and seal the opening with the elastic rubber plate that comes with the machine. Weld the corner piece to the inner wall of the chute, and then use screws to fix the chute blockage detection device and the corner piece.
(2) Wiring
This device leads to a cable about 1 meter long, and the wiring is arranged according to its core wire number. It is a normally closed contact and a normally open contact.
