Working principle of desulfurization tower
The power of the original boiler induced draft fan is used to make the flue gas enter the equipment and turn down to hit the liquid level at high speed. The inertial force is used to make large dust particles sink into the water, and at the same time a large amount of water splash is aroused. (To achieve primary desulfurization) A mixed flow of water and gas is formed. During the rising process of the gas, the fine dust is fully moistened (to achieve neutralization of acid and alkali). Then the mixed gas continues upward through the splitter and enters the swirl section, and the high-speed rotating mixed gas is thrown toward the cylinder. The water film forms on the wall and flows downward into the sedimentation tank along the cylinder wall. At the same time, the purified and dehydrated gas is discharged upward from the top of the equipment.

The operation and management of the equipment are simple and no special operation is required (only the boiler management staff needs to pay a little attention).
This equipment integrates desulfurization and dust removal, has low water consumption, and can use industrial alkaline wastewater, slag water, and boiler sewage as desulfurizer, which not only saves energy but also has no secondary pollution.
The equipment occupies a small area, is light in weight, is assembled separately, is easy to install and maintain, and can be designed individually according to user conditions.
