During the track shifting operation, it is better to use two hydraulic track lifters as a group at the same time (three units can also be used in a group). During operation, just insert two hydraulic track lifters into the bottom track bed on the same side of the two rails at the same time, so that the side of the rail bottom is in contact with the end of the track track rod, put down the handle, and tighten the oil return valve clockwise by hand. lever or turn the oil return handle to the neutral position so that the oil return port is closed. Two operators shake the handles at the same time. Under the action of oil pressure, the track shifting rod will move regularly to shift the rail and shift the track. After completion, loosen the oil return valve stem counterclockwise or turn the oil return handle to the extreme positions at both ends so that the oil return port is in an unloaded state, and then the track deflector can be removed.
When performing the track-raising operation, just insert the track-tracking device into the bottom track bed of the rail, place the rail bottom on the track-tracking wheel of the track-tracking device, and follow the above operation steps to complete the track-raising operation.
