Dust bag

The dust bag can be called the heart of the bag dust collector. It is generally called a dust bag or a dust filter bag. The dust bag is a key part of the operation process of the bag dust collector. Usually the cylindrical filter bag hangs vertically in the dust collector.
A dust collector or dust removal equipment is a device that separates dust from flue gas. The bag dust collector, also called a filter dust collector, is a dry high-efficiency dust collector. It is a dust removal device that uses bag filter elements made of fiber braid to capture solid particles in dust-containing gases. Its working principle is that dust particles are intercepted due to inertial force when they go around the fibers of the filter cloth and collide with the fibers.
In pulse and air box pulse dust collectors, dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag. When dusty gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is collected on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas enters the inside of the filter bag through the filter material. The cage inside the filter bag is used to support the filter bag and prevent it from collapsing. At the same time, it helps to remove and redistribute the dust cake.
The fabric and design of the dust bag we produce should strive for high-efficiency filtration, easy dust removal and durability. The selection of dust bag is very important, it directly affects the dust removal effect of the dust collector. The selection of dust bag should be based on the following aspects: gas temperature, humidity and chemical properties, particle size, dust concentration, filtration wind speed, dust removal methods and other factors.
