Precautions for drilling rig operation
The drawworks cannot be overloaded.
If there are abnormal sounds, vibrations, heat or oil leakage during operation, stop the vehicle immediately for inspection.
When the spring chuck is in the released state, the vertical shaft is not allowed to rotate.
Maintenance and maintenance of drilling rig
Wipe the exposed rotating and sliding surfaces clean before each drilling shift and apply a layer of mechanical oil on the surface.
Ⅱ Every time when disassembling and assembling the chuck, a layer of yellow dry oil should be applied to the threaded part and the sliding surface of the tooth shoe before assembly.
