2. Inventory and inspection of the internal and external lift cages, counterweights, wire ropes, guide rail frames, horizontal and vertical supports, bridges, fences, etc. of the construction lift should be complete and intact. If they are not in compliance, they should be replaced or repaired.
3. Check the strength of the embedded parts at the connection between the elevator guide rail frame and the building. They must comply with regulations.
4. When working under the cage, sleepers must be used to support it firmly.
5. Installation and disassembly must be under the unified command of a dedicated person. There will be a restricted area above the operating area and within meters of the ground and be monitored by dedicated personnel.
6. The safety device must be carefully inspected and debugged before the lift is reinstalled (transferred to the construction site). If the service period expires, it should be re-inspected and debugged.
7. When installing, dismantling and inspecting the top of the cage, movable buttons must be used.
8. During installation and disassembly, it is strictly prohibited to exceed the erection load capacity (that is, the load capacity without counterweight).
9. Use a crane to install and disassemble the guide rail frame. The assembly of the guide rail frame shall not exceed four sections.
10. Do not operate the lift cage when installing the boom with hanging objects.
11. Before disassembling the guide rail frame, you must first fasten the guide rail frame and then loosen the bolts. The guide wheels above the cage must be lowered below the guide rail frame to be removed.
12. The installation and removal of horizontal and vertical supports must be carried out synchronously with the height of the guide rail frame.
13. The free height of the top of the guide rail frame, the distance between the guide rail frame and the building, the distance between the two attachment points of the guide rail frame, and the height of the minimum attachment point shall not exceed the factory regulations.
14. Installation and disassembly are not allowed in rainy days, foggy days, or weather with winds above level 5.
