This circuit can reduce the instability of the DC operating point caused by direct coupling and suppress zero point drift. The intermediate amplifier circuit requires a high voltage amplification factor, so it is composed of a common emitter circuit, which provides a large enough signal voltage for the output stage. The output stage needs to drive the load, so it requires small output resistance, high output voltage amplitude, and high output power.
